Creating videos
Animate images with Start/End Frame
Guide a video with a starting image and, where supported, an ending image.
Updated
Start/End Frame lets you guide the beginning and, on supported models, the ending of a clip. Available frame combinations and duration settings depend on the selected model.
- Open Create Video and choose Start/End Frame.
- Select a model and add the frame images requested by the form.
- If an end-frame slot is available, add a visually compatible ending image. Check any dimension requirements shown.
- Describe the movement between the frames, including subject action and camera motion. Complete any required prompt.
- Choose the supported settings, review the quote, and generate.
Make the transition easier to follow
- Use frames with similar subject identity, framing, and overall proportions when you want continuity.
- For a subtle animation, ask for a small action rather than a complete change of setting.
- If the frame pair is rejected, check file format, dimensions, and the selected model's requirements.
An end frame is guidance, not a guarantee of an exact frame-by-frame transition.
