Troubleshooting
Why a generation is queued or taking longer
Understand queue limits and safe ways to check progress without creating duplicate jobs.
Updated
Queued means a request is waiting to run. Processing means work is underway. Completion time depends on the workflow, media settings, and current capacity; the site does not promise a fixed completion time for every generation.
- Your plan limits how many image and video jobs can run at once. A full slot pool can leave later jobs queued.
- Image and video concurrency are separate, so one media type can be waiting while another progresses.
- A final AI Director video may be waiting for scene generation or other required processing to finish.
- Credits reserved for an active job are not available for another job while it is running.
- Open Projects or the saved AI Director project to check the latest status.
- If the screen appears stale, refresh or reopen the saved job rather than pressing Generate again.
- Wait for a terminal result or a clear actionable error before deciding to retry.
- For unusually long delays, keep the job identifier and start time for the site's available support contact.
Closing the browser or hiding a project is not a reliable way to cancel generation. Do not assume a job stopped simply because its tab is closed.
