Templates and Community
Publish and manage a Community post
Share a completed creation, understand template reuse, and manage its public visibility.
Updated
Creating media and publishing it are separate actions. Publishing a Community post makes the result visible publicly with your public name and creates a reusable Community template.
- Open an eligible completed creation and choose its Community publishing action.
- Review the preview, add the requested title and category, and complete any description fields.
- Read the rights confirmation. Publish only when you have permission to share the result and its reusable material.
- Confirm publication and review the post on your profile.
After publication
- Archive your own post when you want to temporarily remove it from public view; restore it using the available owner action.
- Delete a post when you want to permanently remove that publication. This is separate from deleting the original generation.
- A moderation-hidden post cannot be restored through the normal owner archive controls.
- Deleting the original generation does not automatically remove an already-published independent Community copy.
Review prompts, reference material, and personal information before publishing. Do not publish private client work or identifiable people without the necessary permission.
